Current Research Projects

My research examines how to effectively leverage independent and interdependent values, particularly around emotion, to facilitate successful outcomes in an increasingly multicultural world.  I examine how culture shapes our emotional values and expressions, and how those expressions influence how we are perceived by others in the workplace, in educational settings, and when working collaboratively with others.
